If a piece doesn’t fit or arrives not as expected, we’ll help you make it right. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, with clear steps and quick support.

- Photos required: issue close-up, size tag, and full front/back of the item

Eligible reasons

Note: Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to screen settings or small loose threads that do not affect wear are not considered defects.
Item condition requirements
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags attached
- Original packaging where possible
Items returned with signs of wear, washing, alterations, or missing tags may be declined.
Photo and proof requirements
- Clear, well‑lit close-up of the defect or issue (if applicable)
- Photo of the item’s size tag
- Full front and full back photos of the item
- Outer packaging photo if damaged in transit
How to request a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] from your order email.
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Tell us: item name, reason for return, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Attach required photos (issue close-up, size tag, full front/back; and packaging if damaged).
- Wait for our approval email with instructions and the return address. Do not ship before approval.

Exchanges
- Available for the same style in a different size or color when in stock.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund per the rules above.
- Exchange shipments follow standard handling and transit times after approval.
What we cannot accept
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or stained items
- Items missing original tags
- Returns sent without prior approval
- Items with only minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function or wear
Approval, timing, and refunds
- Approval email: sent within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Inspection: typically 2–3 business days after the item arrives at our facility.
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Time to appear on your statement: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank or card issuer).
