Cancellation & Changes

At Teesfortogo, we aim to process your fashion orders efficiently. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following guidelines for order modifications and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request a full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment system and can no longer be halted.
2. Modifying Order Details
To change shipping addresses, sizes, or quantities, please contact us within the same 12-hour window. Requests made after this time may not be possible as your order may already be prepared for shipping.
Important Notice
Once an order is marked as "Shipped", we cannot cancel or modify it. Please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance after delivery.
3. Submission & Refunds
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
