Return Window and Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Packaging: In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof: Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number).

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage may apply.

Returnable Cases (Our Error)

Returns or exchanges (at our expense) are allowed for issues caused by our production process, including:

  • Printing defects or verifiable design flaws.
  • Spelling errors caused by us.
  • Wrong product color or item delivered.
  • Items with stains or manufacturer defects.
  • Any verifiable mistakes caused by our production team.
Non-Returnable Cases (Customer Error)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues resulting from customer error, including:

  • Wrong sizing selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect print/design option chosen by the customer.
  • Custom text errors submitted by the customer.
